We are a disruptive SaaS company developing software and services that revolutionize how clinical trials are managed and new drugs are brought to market. Established in 2012, we have taken the Pharmaceutical industry by storm and are looking for exceptional individuals to help us ride the wave of growth we are seeing. As part of our continuous growth, new product introduction and market expansion, we are seeking for a new team member to Manage the Internal IT team. Ensure timely and high quality service to end users on a daily basis. Set specific end user service standards and contribute to improving internal IT support.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

IT OPERATIONS (75 %) 

 

  • Lead the Internal IT team in day-to-day operations, equipment provisioning, user access management, and improvement of our IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure all key applications (e.g., Office 365, Slack, Atlassian tools) and our IT network are well supported and managed.
  • Collaborate closely with our Information Security Team to maintain and increase the security of our IT infrastructure.
  • Continuously assess user needs and requirements as the company scales, including the development of custom business applications.
  • Actively monitor and respond to end users’ queries and identify areas of improvement.
  • Establish best practices throughout the entire technical support process.
  • Lead IT projects and be the technical reference for senior management.
  • Create and update IT policies and documentation.
  • Support internal communication of IT policies and rollout and usage of new or upgraded business tools.
  • Ensure licensing management.

 

TEAM MANAGEMENT (25 %):

 

  • Develop direct reports through coaching, mentoring, management support, and conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Support the professional development of the Internal IT team.
  • Support the Internal IT team in their daily duties as needed.
  • Provide feedback, listen to team members, set their goals, and provide them with challenging work that drives value for users and the business. 
  • Identify and remove roadblocks for the team.

 

 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years of IT management experience.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with our tech stack:
    • MS Entra ID (ex-Azure AD)
    • Azure Cloud
    • Office 365
    • Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
    • Slack
    • Cisco Meraki network devices
    • Mac, Windows, Linux workstations.
  • Experience in improving IT service management using ITIL.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous IT projects.
  • Customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Able to give announcements and instructions to a non-technical audience.
  • Experience in remote support. 
  • Team spirit.
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written).
