Business Platform Analyst

SCOPE:
The Platform Analyst will support clients to ensure their RBQM related business requirements are achieved during the implementation of the CluePoints Platform through gap analysis, process definition and recommended solutions.
This Platform Analyst understands emerging technologies and can identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes. They assist with educating the Product team on the client’s business requirements and assists with facilitating communication and alignment between functions and Product from the gathering of initial requirements to final implementation. This Analyst may also be responsible for the development of business and technical process documentation and training materials.
Maintaining excellent communication, attention to detail and establishing strong relationships are keys to success in your interactions with colleagues from within other CluePoints departments as well as externally with our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining documentation to support the Business Analyst Services which are provided both internally and externally
- Understanding and evaluating current business processes in the context of the integration of the CluePoints platform modules into the customer’s ecosystem (i.e., CTMS integration, SSO integration, Usage Dashboard, Connectors, Validation)
- Identifying, evaluating and developing recommendations and procedures that foster the successful integration of CluePoints platform modules
- Support the successful operational and technical integration of CluePoints platform modules into the customer’s ecosystem by:
o providing leadership and consultation in planning and executing integration
o supporting the collection of business requirements and definition of functional specifications
o collaborating with the Operational Project Manager to ensure successful execution of tasks and objectives - Develop and maintain implementation frameworks for all CluePoints modules
- Participate in the continuous improvement and development of our product solutions and operational processes by acting as a Subject Matter Expert
- Support Business Development in pre-sales activities
- Support Customer Success in platform integration by defining applicable process implementation strategies as well as identification of areas of risk or limitations for a successful CluePoints implementation
- Acquiring a deep understanding of existing systems/platforms
- Capturing business needs and supporting the research of potential new solutions to business needs
- Presenting ideas and observations in meetings
- Collaborating with end users and stakeholders across Product and Business functions
- Contributing a steady stream of creative, out-of-the-box thinking in support of innovation and problem solving
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, in Information System, Computer Science, Business, or other related fields
- 5+ years of relevant work experience working in SaaS environment with a background in consulting
- Experience with project leadership in a clinical development environment
- A customer-mindset including excellent empathy skills in order to better understand your audience
- Above average understanding of the requirements of working in a regulated environment (i.e., ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA)
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills including the ability to relay information both internally and externally
- Ability to ask the right questions to surface essential information
- Good understanding of software implementation, software validation and RBQM methodologies
- Advanced analytical skills including the ability to document analysis of current and future states
- Ability to create documentation that is levelled for both business and technical users
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
- Works independently with an ability to multi-task and provide expertise on multiple projects concurrently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, under time and resource constraints

Director, Consulting Services

SCOPE:
The Director, Consulting Services plays an important role within CluePoints, tasked with supporting and mentoring a high-performing Consulting Services team. This role is instrumental in fostering an environment that promotes communication, standardization, simplicity, critical thinking, and continuous improvement. The Director will lead efforts in developing, coaching, and managing experts such as Platform Analysts, domain Experts (e.g., programming and usage of KRIs and QTLs), and Central Monitoring Specialists, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of CluePoints.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In order to provide coaching and development as a line manager to direct reports in the consulting services team, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Team Development and Performance Management:
- Conduct regular reviews of the team's performance, encouraging a culture of success, growth, and development.
- Support career development paths and ensure balanced work assignments alongside fulfilling all administrative leadership duties.
- Promote a highly collaborative, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture, aligning with CluePoints Values.
- Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence:
- Work closely with the VP, Consulting Services and the professional services team on strategic initiatives, applying strategic thinking to deliver the best service to customers in alignment with CluePoints' strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of new processes and improvements, ensuring these adjustments enhance service quality and result in positive customer outcomes.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure a manageable workload for the team, fostering an environment encouraging growth and development.
- Review Key Performance Indicator metrics and take action as needed to achieve expected levels (e.g., Utilization Rate by ensuring appropriate balance and time commitment between internal goals and objectives, such as contributing to product ideation and releases, and direct customer work)
- Stakeholder Relationship and Delivery Performance Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating to meet their objectives and support the team in achieving these goals.
- Ensure meticulous management of project tasks and milestones assigned to direct reports, leading to successful and timely delivery.
- Oversee accurate reporting of time related to utilization and billing, according to current policies.
- Feedback, Recruitment, and Team Building:
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members, identifying development opportunities and motivating them towards improvement.
- Lead recruitment efforts, including resume review and interviewing, in collaboration with the VP, Consulting Services and other stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or other related fields
- Effective English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information internally and externally. This includes making presentations at the Executive level and supporting a culture of open communication within the team.
- At least 5 years of experience managing three or more employees with a high skill level, preferably in a SaaS environment with a consulting background.
- Demonstrated ability in supporting career development, ensuring balanced work assignments, and fulfilling all other administrative leadership duties.
- Proven experience in developing a diverse team across various areas of expertise, guiding teams to adhere to regulations and best practices, and fostering career growth.
- A customer-centric mindset with excellent empathy skills to understand client needs and perspectives better.
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with direct reports, coworkers, managers, and clients.
- Basic understanding of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SAS Programming, and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, managing time and resources effectively, and working comfortably across multiple global time zones.
- Experience in demand planning and prioritization to support organizational needs and in leading project management efforts in a clinical development environment is a plus.
- Above-average understanding of working in a regulated environment, familiar with ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA requirements.
- Proven experience with project management and leadership within a clinical development context, demonstrating the ability to lead projects to successful completion.
