User Education Specialist

JOB SUMMARY


As a User Education Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the Instructional Designer  and the Onboarding and Technical Support team in the delivery of high-quality, engaging, interactive and effective training content for our customers and our employees. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of customer education initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver training materials, update the Knowledge Base and the e-Learning platform and any initiative related to training. 


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in identifying and implementing better ways to educate and enhance the user experience through updated training programs.
  • Collaborate with the training team to create training content for the asynchronous training including e-learning modules, video tutorials and demos, interactive presentations, Knowledge Base articles, and other resources that effectively convey complex software concepts to customers. 
  • Ensure training materials are up-to-date, accessible, and align with company standards to enable customers to experience value in using our application.
  • Update training materials as needed including interactive presentations, demo and tutorial videos, visualizations, other documentation to reflect the continuous development and updates to the CluePoints applications.
    • Update materials to reflect the details on how to use the application from a user perspective.
    • Ensure materials reflect the reasoning behind why processes must be followed.
    • Incorporate best practices developed by internal teams including data analysts, business analysts and central monitors.
  • Assist in developing training plans for external users according to their business roles and needs.
  • Continuously improve training content based on end-user and expert feedback, in collaboration with the Operations and Product teams.
  • Become a knowledgeable and passionate voice for our product and share that knowledge with internal and external stakeholders as required for training.
  • Support the Instructional Designer to organize and manage the LMS platform, upload training materials, create customized learning plans, manage enrollment, and create training reports.

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Training experience is a plus
  • Experience with instructional design desired
  • Knowledge of video and image processing is a plus
  • Knowledge of the pharma industry is a plus
  • Understanding of and experience with global cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change
